Ran by a woman who has played herself at the highest levels and with 27 years of experience, Her dedication to a safe place for girls with LEGITIMATE real-world experience to take them anywhere they want to go on the court and off is UNMATCHED.  We believe in more than just volleyball, We believe in Integrity and safety along with the best training and promoting a true love of the game.

Here at Precision One, we believe EVERY girl has a place. EVERY GIRL deserves to be given the opportunity to achieve whatever THEIR goals are.​ Small goals and HUGE ones. :)
The same program directors decades ago that told Coach Mo she was too short, too behind, and not to listen to qualified women, are still in this community today.

 

Coach Mo fights to change what she experienced as a young woman in Cedar Rapids and Marion and created POV in 2016 while building a facility to change it all. She will never give up making a program run by qualified women for ALL girls beginners to elite.

Make no mistake... we MAKE champions by putting athletes first and bringing in our high-level and international experience.  We don't need to take athletes from other programs or run several tryouts to figure out our teams. If you love volleyball or just want to be in a positive environment that belives in empowering girls, with people who have a legitimate background and who put athletes first and pay attention to their mental and physical health because we have been there as a girl ourselves... the choice is easy.
